pearl vista is not bad, i especially love the unit which has the biggest odd size bedroom... too bad lower lever sold off... anyway my dad bough a 2+1 corner unit...

I curious about pearl vista too. its developed by aikbee, but I heard its involved in sawmill industry ! thats all to it. And I heard the condo size is very generous for its price.

Anybody could provide some details and floorplan perhaps?

floor plan is at my home... price i m not very sure.. but as i know, almost all unit sold, left several unit on the top floor and some for a unit whihc has a huge but oddly shape masterbedroom unit only...

i guess u can answer my question, can u guide me how to go to Pearl Vista from Desa Park City? thru the survey, they mention it is onli 1.5km away. how is the progress now? developed?

It's very near to Kepong Jusco. Opposite is Carrefour. Do u know where it is?
If u're still lost it's at jalan kepong main road.
The unit designs a bit odd...
As for traffic, anticipate jams... Although not as bad as Cheras, but it's slow moving at almost all time...

if it is opp of kful then is very far away from desa park city definately is more than 1.5KM
