i heard that SMM competition do not load game when pc hang/blue screen after 60 min .. is it true?

After 60 mins, its up to the marshall to decide whether to reload it or not. If the game is a one-sided affair , the marshal has the right to give the win to the winning team.

However , if the game has no sign of a leading team, the game will be ordered to be reloaded to the nearest save game by the marshal in charge.

There is not such thing as a remake of the whole game after 60 mins. The rules are made to make tourneys go smoother not longer.
