Hi i am new to this but i am wondering, if im using an alienware m14x and i want to put in a ssd,what would i need to consider ? im looking for something at the size of 256gb.

would the OCZ VERTEX 4 Series SATA III 2.5" SSD be good ? im running on an i7 2760QM with 8gb of ram.
