Recently i got myself a C4230 All In One.

It comes with an installation CD C4200

What really annoys me is the problem its causing. It screws ur computer up big times..
But i dont really mind what it screw on my desktop, but recently it jz its function to scan. Whenever i plug in the USB, i see a remove hardware icon. Its suppose to be a part of my computer but it says remove hardware. Its not a pendrive or something similar, whats worst when i click on scan, this problem occured

Installing scan.msi

WTF? So, i inserted the Installation CD and i found a scan.msi inside, i try to install it but it just doesnt seem to work!!

Anyone know how to fix this problem pls ty..

I tried reinstalling.

P/S: it worked the first 2 or 3 days I bought it
