how do you define best?
quality
epson vs canon? this cannot be compared anymore because both have dye and pigment inks.
dye ink has the highest quality. pigment has very high quality. most people can't tell the difference. but there is a very SMALL difference.

pigment ink does not fade in air. i used dye ink before... behind glass, ina photo album and inside a thick book the photo is good. but exposed to air... in a few weeks it is badly faded.

pigment ink cannot fade in air.
summary: buy PIGMENT based printer. any brand is good. this is because all A3 printers are quite good and fast.  ooo ya and when you buy your continuous ink, make sure you buy PIGMENT inks.
note: if you buy a DYE ink printer and you put Pigment inside you will spoil it. please buy pigment based printer.

after print several pieces of colour print,
its started print out with no colour,
i tried maintaince with Cleaning n Deep cleaning,
n do the push button 'Stop' for 5 sec,
but its doesnt work.

Actually which is recommended more, refillable or CISS? I use no name CISS bought from lelong for my Epson R310 before and it SPOIL my printer because of leaking inside. This is what I am afraid of when using CISS and I prefer using compatible cartridge, is the refillable not easy to leak? scared of CISS now...
