Hi bro, I bought a Canon MP145 CISS printer from you in April this year.
Now I can't print anymore, it says Printer Jam.
I followed the instruction shown by the PC and it doesn't work, there was no printer in there, but I still can't print.
I tried to google it and tried reseting and reinstalling the driver, but the problem still the same.
Added on December 20, 2009, 2:29 pmSorry, I forgot if it's mp145 or mp140.
Added on December 20, 2009, 2:33 pmI have checked the receipt you sent me, it's MP145.
Please guide me.
