just got mine few days ago, software version : KP500AT_V10c

i converted a few HD apple movie trailer to MP4 to 400 by 240 but got problem.....
sound is good, picture is good when in potrait mode, sound crack/slow/sucks, picture is quite good when in landscape mode. is it common problem for cookie? is the processor not good enuf? or is it something to do with firmware? or can i install other player to play the movie? |
