Donno bro... I usually delete most of my Inbox.. haha...

Maybe can try turning off her handphone and take the battery out for a few (say 10) seconds and then put it back in and turn it ON. See if that help. Who knows maybe like computers when got some prblm... can reboot or turn off the PC for a few sec and boot again... hehe smile.gif

Dont really know because I bought new. Maybe check for scratches and test all buttons (3 buttons on front, 2 buttons on each sides) & try the sound, the scrolling, camera (take a few pictures) etc. Donno what else...

Settings -> Phone Settings -> Handset Information.

To update firmware, try go to Zitron Service Centre and ask. Thats the safest way.
If you are daring enough, you can try updating the firmware yourself. See

Im using IS. Full body + screen protection.
So far, Im very satisfied. Not to say that Im 100% satisfied... (eg some dust/grim sticks at the edges of the IS... but can be cleaned and I think any other protective film would have the same problem too) but at least Im very confident that my beloved Cookie is well protected from scratches.

I think its ~RM800

I dont have the pink. Mine is the gold (looks more like a brown than gold) color version.

My cookie fell out of my trouser pocket a few days ago. Luckily I dont seem to experience any problem thumbup.gif
My cookie is functioning as normal eventhough after a ~ 3 feet fall. icon_idea.gif

btw, can someone explain what's the real function of the "Power save"?
ie Setting -> Phone Settings --> Power save
then the choices of Off, Night only, Always on ... what is the difference?

You can change the background picture ie wallpaper.
Go to ... Settings --> Screen settings .... There you can change font sizes, wallpaper, startup/shutdown wallpaper etc

I dont use bluetooth... so I do not know if my Cookie has some bluetooth problem. Sorry cant help.

Maybe you can bring your cookie to an LG service centre and check... just a thought ... hmm.gif
