Sure u can change sc but jes remember that the new sc wont have ur record. FYI, all the Honda sc does not link up. Means wat u done in Angkasa, other sc wont know wat u already did.

If u felt something different, maybe it was the ECU learning your driving habit. Normally if u drive normal say average speed of 60-70 like me, the performance will be a little sluggish.

I recommend you to reset ECU and remember to recalibrate ur CVT too.

Yeah, accept for 5G which is 2009. But Honda said their 3G is 2009 while 2G is our old city. Check in wiki.

It's not a paint. matte paint cant last and easy to chip off paint. This one using sticker bro. Can last for 3-4 years.

Hi bro...i recently bought 2nd honda city 2007 vtec sparkle grey.lately from inside da dashboard some wierd sound coming...and also from the left rear wheel(kreeech kreeech)...my fren said the wheel sound from brake pad. and i noticed there is no light in mist button. since my ride alreay covered 86k OTR.the previous owner never send it to honda sc after 40k OTR.so now if i want to continue service in honda sc will i get to cover those 3 yr warrenty. how much is the average cost for normal service in honda sc...like change engine oil,oil filter,gb oil,gb filter, brake fluid and etc etc....plus checking the dashboard sound, rear wheel sound also mist button light if available....
*
Kreech sound when moving or braking? If braking then kreech sound a little should be normal for brake pad. If moving, then prepare to change brake pad as the brake pad has worn out. What do u mean no light in mist button?

For Honda warranty, i wont say u wont b ablee to get any claim if there is problem occured but chances to claim anything is very very low cause the previous owner doesn't have a straight record from Honda SC.

Maintenance in Honda SC surely is much much higher cost than outside as their labout and parts are more expensive. Futhermore u need to make appointment and Saturday appointment is always near impossible if u doesnt book earlier.

hey bro.
i like the sticketjob very much
looks damn cool...

it's sticker, will it get burnt? laugh.gif
and if some1 scratch your car, will it peel off?
how much does that cost u?
on side note, my city is starting to give problems...
engine sound is kinda loud even when idle...
there's noise coming out from the belt.. don't know which belt.. mileage is just 65k
power lost.. really can feel it.. it's very different from past few months
dashboard starting to give noise when on bumpy road
*
First of all, that car isnt mine. Haha. How much i am not sure lor. But i heard they say scratch also wont peel off one. Not the normal sticker like scratches then the whole piece peel off. It;s those hard type sticker and even kena stone also wont chip off easily one. How far is true, not sure la..

What noise is that? If it's really coming out from belt, our city only have one belt and that is fan belt. Our ori city belt model is Mitsuboi 5PK1144. Cost about RM70-Rm90 depending which SC u go. All SC price are different. Labour not included. U can get it outside from Bando belt and it will cost less than RM100 including labour charge.

Engine sound rough and loud? Do u service regularly? Power loss? How bout try cleaning your throttle body? If it doesn't help, perharps u go reset and recalibrate ur ECU at Honda SC..

er.. yea, i think that's the sound from the belt...
the SC told me the belt is a bit noisy, put some oil, then ask me to change it next time during service.
i'm not in malaysia now.. the car is with my mom.. HAHA.. hopefully she'll bring my car to service laugh.gif

i service every 5k.. never tried more than 5k tongue.gif and always in SC...
cleaning throttle body eh? how much they charge in SC?
SC never recommend me to service throttle body also...
*
Throttle body cleaning service dun have at SC i think. Did it outside one. Just go to any mechanic and request to do throttle body cleaning.
