There is no such thing as 'the best'. OS users requirements varies according to their needs. It's hard to benchmark OSes. We could argue till the cows come home and not reach a conclusion.

I am using both ubuntu n windows
ubuntu only for web browsing
windows for day to day use application.

used ubuntu once b4, 4 the sake of trying. veli hard.. unless someone show me a complete guide 4 noobs to intall anything on linux, i'll stay with windows
