Hi, these modems are newly released... Signal is great without a doubt... The improvement should be done by service providers...
Hope that helps... Thanks...

Hello, there is no difference between both the models in terms of specification...
However E156G's are identical to the E160G but are replacing them as the E160G is now end of line.
There is just some physical changes like the placing of the indicator light and etc, otherwise 100% the same.....
Hope that helps....
Thank you...

Sure, do contact me once you're ready to get one... Trust me handphones are only dedicated for voice only and these modems are perfect for data only... Thank you...

I had purchased this item from him last month.
I did not meet him as the COD was handled by his friend.
The modem worked so good. So I am calling him to place my 2nd order for the same item.
Nice to deal with him.
Recommending to others too.

Hi there, Our units are imported directly by ourselves from Europe...
Therefore 1 year warranty is what we offer which we feel sufficient enough...
Even those people who can offer 18 months warranty cannot compete with our pricing and stock availability...
Most gadgets or phones are only provided with 1 year warranty worldwide and it is common enough...
Hope that helps...
Thank you...

Sorry, no firmware upgrade is available as the device can't support beyond 3.6Mbps downlink.
You may find people claiming their E160 is 7.2Mbps ready but it is impossible and could be unofficial firmware and not released by Huawei. With those unofficial firmwares, it would indicate you're connected at 7.2Mbps but again its impossible for you to reach that speed...
Hope that helps... Thank you...

normally tis usb modem people ON it for how many hour?
*
Hi, It depends on you how long you are going to use it... I personally use these devices non-stop for days at times...
All these devices will be hot after long hours of usage however cools down automatically when its idling...
Hope that helps...
Thank you...

Hi again, Yes, as long the item is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, it will be a 1 to 1 change provided not water or physical damage and user default... Hope that helps... Thank you...

Hi there

It is not necessary to power-up the device through the USB power adapter.

This device can be powered up via any USB interface in order to access its Wi-Fi connectivity.

The USB power adapter is just an optional accessory which is included along with the package.

Hope that helps.

Kind regards smile.gif

Hi there

ZTE MF70 supports 10 devices via Wi-Fi and Huawei E355 supports 5 devices via Wi-Fi.

That is the only notable difference, otherwise it is similar.

Hope that helps smile.gif

Hi there

We have sold quite a number now and so far no such complains received from any of our customers.

If you are still skeptical about this, you can always go for Huawei E355 as that is the only other option we have for USB Dongle Modem Routers.

just to share my experiment, at my poor network signal I found out that ZTE modem works better. I have ZTE MF60 and Huawei E355. ZTE is easily getting the hspa+ signal compared to E355. Just sharing the info,so maybe this ZTE M70 is way better.

Hi there

Yes, it can operated as long it is powered via any USB interface.
The WiFi range is about 9 to 10 metres or around 30feet.

Prices as on our first post = RM190 with 6 months warranty or RM220 with 1 year warranty.

As for antennas, it depends on your problem.
We have OMNI, Yagi and Panel antennas.

OMNI is multi-directional and mainly used to prevent blockages.

Both Yagi and Panel are mono-directional, mainly used for speed, signal/reception and stability improvement, needs to be directed to a nearest cell tower.

Hope that helps smile.gif

Hi,

So right now, what are you connected on 2G?

We can recommend you either HSPA+ or DC-HSPA+ units.

Hi,

Newer modems can provide better signal and reception, however all this is subject to the network infrastructure at your area.

In your case, getting a modem with external antenna slot and an antenna itself is vital in order to obtain higher signal.

Hi,

Firstly, you need to find out if your entire area is facing low signal issue or only inside your home.

You need to determine if you are facing blockage or your area is such.

Secondly what is your budget like?

Hi there

Both the units are using same chip-set.
It depends on user preference. The only difference is the design, software, frequencies and number of devices that be connected over WiFi.

Hi there

The device works independently as a USB modem and as a router.

However it is not compatible with other routers since the protocols are different and it detects itself as a network card.

Can the MF70 be used with a desktop computer without a wifi adapter? That means the connection is directly through the USB port? Or does the USB port only provide power?

And do you have stock for the RM150 one with COD near Amcorp/TamanJaya LRT?

Hi

Yes, you can establish a connection to your desktop computer with a USB port without needing a WiFi connection.

You only need to power up via any USB interface in order to establish a WiFi connection.

Unfortunately we only have brand new units at RM190 with 6 months warranty or RM220 with 1 year warranty. Yes, we can arrange free delivery to you.

Hi there

Yes, MF70 is the same model being endorsed by Maxis.

For ZTE MF70, you will need with TS9 connector.

Panel and Yagi Antennas are mono-directional, which maximizes transmission distances.
Commonly used outdoor for direction finding, remote communication.
It is used to point at the nearest cell tower if your entire area is affected by low or poor reception/signal.
This will improve speed, reception, signal and stability.

Omni Antenna is multi-directional with 360 ° radiation.
Being multi-directional, it is also suitable for use as a repeater or for a network base station too.
Commonly used for covering range in near distance.
It is also used to prevent blockages where your area is with good coverage but due to blockage you're facing low signal or reception.

All our antennas can be found at http://andrewsestore.com/store/accessories...al-antenna.html
