thats very vague 
... by top 2-3 pages means:a) Battlegroup?
b) or Realm?
coz if you compare ranking/rating in the last team in either of the third page:
a) Last team(on page3) in Battlegroup are about rank 59, rated 2200-ish
b) Last team(on page3) in realm are about rank 1280, rated 1890-ish
see the great gap in ranking...
p.s. does anyone know any malaysians team/player do arena?(with malaysia line or with 450~500-ish latency... i mean) & link please
