How to disable sound in Outlook 2007?, When receiving new mail

I always use headphone and listen to music...
But whenever there is new mail reaching my outlooks 2007, that stupid loud beep will scare hell of me...  Anyone know how to disable the sound from outlooks? I tought of disble in sound property, but all sound will be disable then... Any idea?  |
