Sold? Didnt knw u got an E71..or are u referring to ur E66??

dun sms and drive since u know its dangerous. but since it sports keypad rather than touchscreen or qwerty keyboard, yes you can fairly sms simple msg.

as for searching companys name, i dun think that features available but i do know a trick, just put the company name infront of the contact name. sure helps me alot.

Anyone had their E66 protected? I mean screen protectors or full body protectors like Invisible shield. Wonder how much a full body protector will cost and where to get it.

I'm getting my E66 tomorrow anyway, omg. can't wait.

I still havent get my E66 a screen protector yet but got it a pouch. Dont feel like using the original Nokia pouch included in the package. Want to keep it.

just wondering is there anywhere to get my Apps installed in the phone when it prompt me "Certificate Expired"? I installed the Nokia Video Manager or something that included in the CD. I found out that there is some bugs. When you're trying to convert videos to playable video on your phone and transfer to your phone it will hang on the second video.. maybe I convert the best quality. Let me know if anyone find something..

i've got my phone protected... It cost me RM69 and then discounted RM4 as i took another 3 phones for protection. However, i wouldn't reccomend you to go protect it as it doesn't look as class anymore and the feel of the button is strange.

If this doesnt work, change ur date to 11.05.2007 (if tis dun work, try play around wit a few dates) and try run the installer again. This works for me

You mean ur phone hang or PC hang? All videos converted via Nokia Video Manager works for me, but quality is nt so good. Go to main page, I put a link there for Any Video Converter 2.6.3, pretty good. Another alternative is SmartMovie Converter. My video settings are:

Video codec : mpeg4/xvid
Video size : 320 x 240 or below
Video bitrate: 384 kbps
Video framerate : 15fps for normal playback; 25 fps for DVD-rip

Audio codec : mp3/ aac
Audio bitrate: 128 kbps
Sample rate : 44100 Hz
Audio channel : 2

** Please do calculate the video size that you need to choose so that ur video does not appear cropped/out of shape during playback.

Hi there thanks for the reply, got my e71 (white colour) yesterday. Sold all my phone to get this...... (n78 for Rm1000.00......my beloved n9500 for RM400.00 only and some more top up RM 1850.00, I know price is a bit high but in jb no choice if we wan to get an ori set frm nokia priority shop). Tried sms....no problem at all but as for the company contacts I dun agree with u because I was told that the phone book should be functioning same as my n9500. My n9500 can search by company name, I like to save contacts in full as it's easy to search when u have a phone book of more then 1000 contacts, at times I forget their name and remember company name or the other way around. Anyway I found a way of doing it by using search function which is available in all the new S60 phones but still I'm not happy as it's slow abit. Tom heading to the nokia centre where they promised me it would work and going to goreng them . By the way if we hard reset our phone would all the original software (games & office) installed would be gone? Thanks again.

should i say i m lucky? no problem so far after hard reset for 4 days.
nowadays almost everyday use the phone to online@3g.

By the way while maxis is connected, there's stated 3.5g, while malaysia still no HSDPA rite?

Hi there, ur right about the sms thing and you should try using the phone book of n9500, n9300 and n9300i (not sure about e90 though).....they can search anything u wan in the contacts....marvellous....dun know why nokia does not wan to place this function for the e71 , have to use normal search function which can but a bit of lag .

Oh..hehe, thought u post wrongly..my mistake my mistake..

got ar..usual 2-pin chargers will work too..as long as its 2mm. But the original charger we have charges super fast, usual charger very slow..
Othrs countries' E66 are supplied with 2-pin charger..
