I've tried installing FP2 theme. Everything worked well except that the FP2 theme features such as the horseshoe menu style etc will not be available.

I really have no ideas what are the "some" FP2 features on the e66. All I know about the FP2 was the menu being different. And yeah..I didn't bother to check it out oso..haha  . When I've installed the FP2 theme, everything looks the same except that the menu style which was highlighted at the site hosting the theme never showed. Or is there any of the FP2 features that I should look into? What are the special features on e66 that are not in pure-FP1 and pure-FP2 eh?

I'm not sure on that. All I see was that the theme was listed as FP2 theme by the author and they have the menu style screenshot. I downloaded and gave it a try to see if the theme can be installed on my e66. It was successful, but with the normal menu. The stylist menu never showed up. Or maybe the theme isn't really a FP2 theme...hmm...

Errr yeah..it's the theme I'm talking about all the while dude, replying to kwkean questions ma...ehe..

aha...if can do that I'll prolly jump till i break my roof man..haha..

i heard that original set can let the buyer to replace the casing of E66 without any charges if still under warranty, is this true???

Wow, nice. As long as it works then good cause I scare the phone might get crash if I install FP2 theme. I want this phone but currently no dark gray color stock (AP phone) from Renee. Sigh, waiting for it is killing me man   .

this is a upgrade model for e65.. very elegant... love this phone... small and compact executive phone with 3.2 megapixel....

Has anyone got PTT and IM to work? I'm curious to see if it does work at all.

Has anyone used the Podcast and Radio on the E66? I am not sure how to use it.

Btw, do your battery cover ok ar? Mine generate some click click sound when I press on it. Press a little bit harder you can see it go in and out at the lock socket area. Is this normal ar? Other then that it is solid as the cover didn't move left or right.

Yah, you are right. I reopen and reclose it again then the sound gone jor. Damn solid feeling this phone is giving me. Loving it   . Gona read your topic to get more tips. Many thanks for creating this topics, it helps me a lot    .

In my view, there are several ways u can do:

1. Check your phone battery whether it is original or not.
2. Reduce ur light sensor (Setting -->General ---> Personalisation --> Display --> Light Sensor) [High light sensor consumes lots of energy]
3. Charge ur battery when only one or two slots left. Protect your battery. [I heard this advice from my gf]

I also need to charge my phone battery during the second day as I spent lots of time on investigating my phone previous night.  Anyway, I still fail to set my MMS setting.  Hopefully someone can help me asap!

Ok. So whats a GOOD bluetooth headset?

Oh sorry, I mean the earpiece from the phone itself, not the headset . But, it is ok cause I think is my friend's phone problem. I try calling other person and the volume sound better .

Anyway, the battery life really suck, only last for 1 & 1/2 day . Off 3g, Bluetooth and WiFi scanning , off all the unnecessary battery consuming program and below average phone call and SMS (less then 15 minutes and 10 SMS a day). How come yours can tahan 2 to 3 days? My battery come from Korea and assembly in China, could this be the reason behind this bad battery performance?

Sigh man, if Nokia don't come out something good to fix the battery life, I might have to change phone next year when DiGi 3G start   .

Yup, though it is a business phone but if you cannot fully utilize it due to the week battery performance, better get a more powerful phone especially if you are a hardcore phone user. I wanted to keep this phone till they bring out touch screen model for E-Series but sigh ....... such a lovely phone, what a waste .

heyyaa!! i've been using e66 for about 2months now.. i have some questions:
all i do with the phone is sms/call and surf the web using WiFi awhile.. is there anyway or any recommendations for me to fully utilise the phone more? smtg that make me cannot live without it?? what software recommended?

also, smtimes. when i slide up. screen blank.. slide back down, no prob.. can call everything. slide up, black again. what's the problem??
