Hi guys, my paypal account access is limited is because i delayed few refunds that i was ask to pay by paypal.. i refund most of the requests until left 1 due to insufficient balance.

When i want to add my funds. i found out it can only be done by transfering from american banks which i dont have.

is paying by credit possible? any other solutions?

i can't even pay the refund to the buyer using my credit card via paypal.

Now that sucks... I think its best if you sent a mail to PayPal telling them your story and see if they can make an exception.

Izzit possible you ask your customer (A) to cancel the dispute by asking another person to pay to (A) via paypal.

this kind of reply isn't helpful. just because you're having a bad time with them that doesn't mean TSs account is over.

TS - got anyone you know who could pump in funds for you?

i think u can try buying those fun from LYN member and transfer to ur acc..
