and she wants to see it in DETAILS with the layout of every pages + pics + detail information  
and whether its a full flash or wat also we have to do =.= celaka

now since we have to do everythg.. might as well dont need to pay for web designer to design for us lor

Its not your job nor responsibility to design or layout the website. All you need to do is provide the content, and discuss the idea and concept with the designer. The layout is really the responsibility of the designer, you guys are hiring a designer for their creative skills, not for them to work as a slave to make pretty graphics. If your boss doesn't understand this, your website will fail.
