pm him today regarding about one of my hid not working, he did not hesitate sms-ed me asked me what are the problem and asked me to go to him and let him have a look. So i met him he said it was the ballast and he swap a new one for me. Good experience, prompt reply and good service. Doubt any workshop can give you this kinda service lol on a Sunday night.
