Is this the complete SET in order to upgrade my KIA Spectra 1.6 Helogon head lamp to HID? But how come only got 2 HID bulb? Because my car got a total of 4 bulb. 2 low & 2 high...

if im not wrong.HID kit that is accepted of MALAYSIAN ROAD LAW is under 10 K onli.

hi bro.. Set of JR HID kit is complete with cables, 1 pair of ballasts and 1 pair of bulbs..if u wanna install hid kit in your car..u jst have to change lo beam to hid..hi beam..u can just leave it as it is..unless u wan both low and hi bulbs to be hid, then u hv to get 2 sets..

Added on April 16, 2009, 12:44 amhi bro.to be frank..4300k is still acceptable..anything above that, Police or JPJ will surely disturb..unless u fit HID in ur foglamp..it's still legal as JPJ only stated that HID kit is illegal to be installed on headlamp..

h27? h7 izit....erm..as per JPJ..if your car is manufactured with HID..then it's considered legal..if u modify yourself..then it's illegal..
