Well Blizzard's downloader is p2p based off BT and I can confirm that they are throttling it. Another legitimate use of p2p blocked by TM's unfair throttling system.
After routing the downloader past my VPN I managed to get 140 kB/sec but when removed it...the http downloader was giving me pretty crappy speeds. Meh trust TM to even block gaming patches >:< |
