There are those that you clip onto the aircon of the car and those that you stick onto whatever part of the car.

The clip ones are troublesome as constant refills are required thats the only disadvantage i see.

So what do you use that you find the best?

If your car is parked under the sun for many hours everyday, I don't think any air freshener will last long.

pandan leaves
a box of charcoal (the wood one, not the cute 3cm diameter tubes from sawdust) <- cheap + better than nanoxxxx
tesco version of thirsty hippo to get rid of the wet smell

if i not mistaken..there is a kind of machine that can pump those oxygen into your car seat and make your car smells like brand new. also they claim that this kind of oxygen will keep you alert on the road when you are driving. all those new car have this kind of so call "brand new" smell and some of the recond car also will have this smell. anyone know how this works??

for me..the air freshner i put is like a drink can. price is around rm9.90 per can. the whole thing look like drink can. smell damn nice. last me more then 3 months now.

Normally on the Ambipure to the lowest level. No use even u use strongest cause u will eventually get imune with the bau. Notice that the smell was nice when u jes came in the car (before imune) and when u drive like 30 min, u dun feel the smell any more (imune)

yo! i'm a little trees user;

FYI, once you bought it you must cut a "V" shape hole by using scissors on top of the little trees packet. Then make sure pull out your tree abit, at this moment make sure your bottom of the tree is same level as week 1; as you can see at the back of the packet.
At the back of the little trees packet has stated till 7 weeks of usage. Make sure week by week you pull out the tree slowly out of the packet.

Tips:
Even though my little trees fragrance are 3 weeks already, but i still put my tree level to "week 2"; my car still has the smell & on the same time can save the smell for more than 2 months if you take care carefully.

**DO NOT TAKE OFF THE WHOLE TREE TILL 7 WEEKS OR MORE OTHERWISE THE SMELL WILL GO OFF QUICKLY.

hope you understand. smile.gif

Added on April 27, 2009, 2:40 amI'm using "Little Trees" car fragrance which is made from USA. I'm really impressed with it. Just "HANG" it in your car. But hardly available at supermarkets. It cost about RM6.90 ONLY!!! I recommend to ALL users. thumbup.gif

shyt..2 mistakes i did..first i ripped off the entire top half of the plastic..second i thought..if i hang the tree with the plastic on sure will look ugly..so i ripped the whole thing off..aiyoo..u mean u hang with the plastic on like that?the tree looks kinda nice as a decroation to be honest..got mine at petronas mesra outlet..they seem to be selling it already...i think ill keep the current one for decoration until the smell is gone..then ony go get another one and hang it somewhere that cant be seen with the plastics on.. tongue.gif

but these little trees are seriously good..alot better then the normal ambipur and glade air fresheners sold at more then TWICE the price!and like i said..the tree looks kinda cute hanging from the mirror like that.. smile.gif

next time do it properly...anyway it still looks cool with the plastic...usually i hang it at rear passenger hook(hangs cloths) while i'm driving....when i'm off the car i hang my little trees on the signal/wiper/head light bar beside the steering...so from outside nobody knows that i got little trees.

little trees had tons of flavors but the problem is does Malaysia companies import all of the flavors?
i bought my LT at cyberjaya mini market shop..they sell only 2 types of flavors. cry.gif ....next time want to survey at petronas.....do you know other shops that sell LT?

My LT had 2 technology. 1. fragrance & 2. odor eliminator.(Flavor=Air Breeze) hmmmmmmmmm nice smell icon_idea.gif
