yeah, you get to see this when you gonna accept a quest form a very scary looking XXXXXX, i think its similar like the ones we get to see in QD, like a cut scene.

i get the malformed playlist ID warning by clicking(not the middle "play" button on the screen) the youtube you posted, it send me to the original youtube site, so that i could get to choose a higher res.

So that's how Bolvar died.

Basically, the Grand Apothecary Putress (in the vid) helped Varimathras to overthrow Dark Lady Slyvanas.

There will be a chain quest that leads both faction to attack Undercity (i think it will be a semi-instance event like Death Knight final quest in Light's Hope Chapel)
Alliance will have to kill Putress while Horde will have to kill Varimathras.

The "good" Forsaken and Dark Lady will seek refuge in Orgrimmar.


King Wyrnn will pull a "George Bush" after killing Putress and threatens to kill Thrall before Jaina freezes everyone and mass teleported the Alliance away.

It looks fanmade to me though.

No Blizzard cut scenes are made like that...right?

Blizz probably learnt about Tales of the Past 3 lawl.

Battle for Light's Hope Chapel

Uh.. Blizzard has been incorporating parodies and stuffs of real life events, characters, or fictional characters etc in WoW since.. a long time ago. This is nothing new lol.

Just reached this event last night (Horde here). You get the quest chain early, it's only the 2nd quest zone area (Dragonblight, your first quest zone area is either Borean Tundrea or Howling Fjord) so you should get this quest around level 72. Not sure how it works, I completed all my Venomspite and Agmar's Hammer quests (that's the two main Horde quest hub in Dragonblight) before I got this quest. Maybe it's like Nagrand's grandmother chain, maybe simpler. Basically says you're now a veteran and to serve Younger Saurfang at the Wrathgate.

But Younger Saurfang needs permission from the Dragons, so you go to the Dragons, complete a fun dragon flying quest, and go back to Younger Saurfang. Once you turn in the quest, the cinematic plays. (and there's even an achievement to boot)

Yes, it's a cinematic, a machinima actually, it's not really an in-game cutscene. You can even find the actual .avi in your game files.

You can talk to that red dragon queen again to replay the cinematic at your leisure. Don't worry if you're on a PvP server, she emits an aura that won't allow anyone to attack. So you're safe while afk and watching lol.
