Referring to the picture that kind bro ragnarock2005 posted, originally for the Delta fan, there r 1 red cable connected to the 12V first slot n 1 black cable connected to Ground slot (2nd or 3rd slot). U just remove the red cable from its original 12V first slot to the 4th 5V slot. Then it work on 5V performance mode dy.

That is the easiest n fastest way... if not, u can also use other tools like sharp clip etc. to remove the pin from the connector. Just do it slowly n carefully

in loud condition the delta fans can spin frm 3950RPM to 4120RPM.

ok, now i teach u how to mod those Delta fans to Silent Mode, ok?

the Blue Wire of Delta Fan is just for RPM detection.

the Delta fan has 2 pieces of Molex, right? one is Male Molex and one is Female Molex which are connected by four wires [Red, Black, Black, Yellow].

ok, right now u just need to swap the Yellow wire to Red Wire Position. And Red Wire need to swap to Yellow Wire Position.

Then ur Delta Fan will work in Silent Mode

Before Swap (Performance Mode):


After Swap (Silent Mode):



Finally, u can enjoy with Silent but still High Air Flow, right?
