my wii is JAPAN region,and i update to 3.3j it suppose to be happy right,NORMALLY I use HBC to load other region game instead of DATEL Freeloader,but i accidentally pressed a format button or something and my HBC gone!!!!!!!!!!!! even i trying to install HBC again but my wii wont read backup disc,so is there a way to restore firmware to previous setting or default factory setting?i have 90% of games is US region,i brought JAPAN version wii because its cheaper

Try hitting the restore factory settings in the settings menu.

And please remember LYN forums prohibits piracy discussion. Any more mentions of problems regarding the use of backup discs, or something along the lines will get this thread closed.

Technically, his wii wasn't modded. It was homebrewed. Tampering with the firmware is kinda of risky. Like sihum said. Try reset factory setting. If that fails, you got yourself one big paperweight. Sorry for you loss

my wii is moded even i dont know what modchip i'm using,i heard that can flash memory or something? what is flash memory and how to do it? is it require technical skill?

All I can say 'Padan Muka' for trying to be a cheapskate and modding your WII. Buy original games only! Same goes for you freeloaders who mod PSP,Xbox etc.
