What do you think about Selayang Springs?

so near hot spring, can walk everyday to get the feet and body cleansed.

further up is amansiara. hehe. close to nature.

try to check kes pecah rumah for that area... the area quite away from town I think.. and the road to go there always jam... I also not sure but better u check that out.. what I think is a good property to invest but not good property to leave in.

If you are looking for own stay with nice and greenry encironment, it is not a bad choice.

But ...launch already???

What's the reason for you choosing this ? merely the hot spring ?
and it's leasehold, if you like selayang area and want to buy a freehold condo there is another choice

Actually I am looking for my first own stay property. Been looking around for the right one. The main issues are price and location.

Selayang Springs' price is ok to me. That's why I would like to know more about it considering I dunno much about Selayang area.

I've been living in Selayang for 20+ years, location wise i will choose Selayang Point (quite close to my home too ) .
However details of the property itself you might need to go and check it yourself

Launch oledi?? If launch liao i oso wan go 2 c leh.......

i just wondering about crime there.. better check about it first.. one more thing traffic jam.. jalan kuching always got traffic there.. and it main road to selayang... so better do ur survey first--)

guys, i went to PWTC about the property fair last sunday, I saw this selayang springs condo booth there, the people there told me they got some new packages... but they don tell much about that... want me to go to the showroom at selayang springs to check it out. does anyone go there before? pls give opinion.

I actually went to the showroom.

Hmm... it's quite far - just beside the hot spring, which was disappointing small (I mean the hot spring).

I didn't like it much because of the location (jam) and the surrounding. Of course, due to further from the city and nearer to the jungle, it's quieter

The developer rep. informed me that they'll officially be launching this 20th Feb. I'm thinking of checking out the showroom myself.

i have been their showroom 3 times..its amazing. the marketing group also really good.

i booked 1 unit there. but later i cancel and get the booking fees back. quite sad but wut to do, i have no choice.huhu.
