Thx....
but this is not a new house. it's a sub-sale unit.
however, it is a complete empty unit, meaning there is nothing inside.
I have to do everything from scratch. n my problem here is I dunno where to start. what to do 1st... shd I start painting my house, polish my tiles, or fix the lights 1st???
by the way, i still haven got any quotation from anyone, coz I just got my keys. So, i guess d 1st thing is to get the quotation.
anyone know any contractors which is reliable n can perform most of the job?

Even if it's sub-sale you should inspect the house before signing a S&P otherwise the home could have serious problems that would be difficult or expensive to fix hmm.gif

Tq all for the reply.
I'll be only doing a minor renovation.
Basically, the things tat I want to do is:
1) built in wardrobe
2) kitchen cabinet
3) wiring
4) painting
5) fix a grill
6) parquet floor polishing
For 1 and 2,I've oredi signed up a package. So, basically now i'm still searching a contractor for 3-6.
I dunno whether I shd paint the wall 1st or polish the floor 1st.

Do the grill first before anything else... quite often your house under renovation can get broken into and your property get stolen or vandalized vmad.gif
