Big Apple is nice. I herd Krispy Kreme is here in Malaysia. Time Square iinm. Haven't try myself.
This update should be able to hold me with Android for the time being. Edit: I just read about CyanogenMod. Is the mod applicable to HTC Hero? Will Sense run on top of CyanogenMod? This post has been edited by LEVIATHAN: Sep 11 2009, 09:25 AM |

How to be sure the files need to be downloaded for the rooting process are safe and not harmful? And how to determine any latest version or what not?

I guess if you want admin/owner privilege of the phone, you root the phone. Then after you root, you can do anything to your phone, including rm -rf /

Well from the video and the instructions, I'm pretty confident that the rooting process is very much 123. I'd root my phone as soon I get it. As primary reason why I want to get an Android instead of iPhone is the fun or hacking it, and the open nature of it :-)

Nothing to comment la boss. Everything you want to know you can always read from xda. I can only share the small small things inside the phone only :-)
I like Hero more than iPhone (bah iPhone again :-() is because I can always do it my way, and I am not restricted to certain software to manage my stuff. iPhone is too restrictive for me, and I don't like that. Only in UI and Apps departments I like iPhone more. |

For Maxis you can always get the APNs from here. If Celcom I'm not sure. Try check their website for help.
Still there is no Cyanogen for Hero yet. I'm looking forward to :-) |
