I checked just now... it said tht the item is held by customs.
What does it mean? Will they open up the box ? How come within Selangor also got Custom Inspection

Hey guys... i sent a parcel (Puchong branch) to a customer( in Bandar Utama ) using Poslaju National Courier.
I checked just now... it said tht the item is held by customs. What does it mean? Will they open up the box ? How come within Selangor also got Custom Inspection Attached thumbnail(s)
