Hi,dunno wheter this is another blizzard problem or not,but last saturday,my fps has dropped,when i go to the isle,i get 10-20.in quiet places like nagrand and all,i get 30-40,but sometimes will drop to 10-20,this never happened before.when i play other games like neverwinter nights 2,crysis:warhead,its just fine.dunno wheter blizzard screwed up something again.

Hmm, check if your background downloader turns on when you run WoW.

It is a little blue tornado icon in your bottom right taskbar.

I upgraded from that card to 8400 GS and still had that problem. Then went to reformat my harddisk and haven't updated windows yet. Still a bit lazy.

Having said that, I am using a laptop with 8600M GT and it seems to be working better than my desktop. So I gave up trying to understand.

Mine too. i M playing with my laptop, vista ultimate, 8600gs 256mb dedicated. But i am having 20fps to 28fps only...i had 10 or down to 5fps in raid....what is happening....???my friend's vista got no issue with the fps...he has 30 to 40+ fps

my previous laptop asus g1 had 60 to 70fps and 40+ in the raid like bt/mh etc
