i think most of the gaming keyboards with rubber coated keys are quite durable. It's just depends on how often you use your keyboard and how you use your keyboard. I'm sure it wont wear off easily or else it would be bad for their product image biggrin.gif

cheers!

Rubber coated mouse tends to peel after considerable usage. I doubt keyboards are any different.

I don't normally recommend wireless keyboards to be used for gaming. Prefer to avoid scenarios like running out of battery in a heated moment

i use my macro for dota to set those inventory keys at the right side of the keyboard so that it is easier to press...besides that alot of games oso can set macros...

besides gaming i oso use for everyday windows usage...software such as photoshop oso can set macro...make my life easier with those shortcut keys biggrin.gif

Hm good idea, using macros for photoshop. Have not thought of that. But how to map each tool to the macro keys? Using their respective shortcut command?

screenshots of my macros for my G15v1 at the office.... they may look like simple names...but trust me the keystrokes for some of them is friggin LONG!!!

M1 is for most usages.... mainly SPSS syntax writing.
user posted image

M2 reserved for any special one-off macros needed
user posted image

M3 reserved for another software for data entry...which has ridiculously long and complicated keystrokes. only half used but the other half is used for special occasions in the software which is quite often required.

hence the reason i use G15 in the office....coz the macros helps ALOT with my work...dont know how i survived all these years without them laugh.gif

I think if u guys really into dota n wanted so much to save time of pressing "num pad" i think u guys can try A4 Tech gaming keyboard. Coz i saw my fren using it while he play dota. He set those num pad button under the space bar button. That is something gud for DOTA kia, coz can use the idle thumb to press the button.
