keyboard keys will fade. it's just a matter of time. some will fade very fast, some will fade after years of usage. i still remember when i was using a samsung keyboard which is almost 10 years old, the keys colour are still there after that long. memories lol

are u sure getting the arctosa, i think u shud read more review first b4 getting it.. cos a lot review complain about the arctosa a lot... since ur budget got RM 300, i guess u got more choices... try reconsider first.... btw, here lyn got a lot trusted and recommended seller for a lot types of gaming keyboard... so no worry that postage is available...

ehh, why u recommendin him arctosa since there was a lot ppl complain that it is no good, even ppl buy ady also selling it out... u jahat ar ...haha, he got RM 300, quite high budget ady what.. can consider a lot...ppl review that even the dtkboard is better than the arctosa...

actually not all gaming keyboard will fade, u can see as SS 6G and 7G wont fade, even though hardcore using 7G, it is ony 50% fade, and it is not fully, it still can be seen... i guess those backlit gaming keyboard like G15 or x6 will fade also wont fade so easily, and havent ppl say it will fade yet, but not sure how hardcore is them...

test the keyboard first. it's all about the feel

is G15 keys printed on the button? from the way i look at it, its like the character is the button. its like within it. looks like the backlights thats lighten the keys for viewing (if you get what i mean). that's from what i see see . but when i feel each keys, there is a slight sticker feeling. so im still not sure whether its printing or stick on it.

but i do believe its like the character is the result of a transparents on the button. so what do you guys think?

arctosa is a big NO NO...dont ever think about it...seriously...

with rm300 budget i suggest lycosa since u want those laptop feel...or simply get ocz elixir which is very cheap and nice XD

not really understand ur meaning also... actually im not that sure also about the keys also, but i havent seen any ppl said it faded..., i just found out that the lights so cute and orange colour so i just get it to use temporary first..., hehe but i feel is laser printed on it, and the backlight lighten up the keys....

yeap, since u want laptop feel and silent when typing, i guess lycosa suit u more... or ocz elixir, good luck...

I recommended DKT and OCZ oso maa. Especially the DKT as I feel its a very good keyboard =D

Added on April 19, 2009, 11:09 amDesign is the same, just that acrtosa doesn't come with backlight, no usb or audio jacks. And arctosa doesn't have the rubber coated keys. And most people here will say that arctosa has bad QC compared to the lycosa. This I cannot confirm.
