Hed Kandi last night was good. Patrick Oliver actually warmed up the crowd with Trance, then Andy Warbuton did great house music, but the main attraction was the percussionist Ian C

Well, it sucks that i didn't go. I went for Andy Daniels & Lady Victoria's Hed Kandi.

Anyways, another Hed Kandi event will be in January 2009.

You know, my parents won't let me fund my DJ lessons at Deck Knights. Where can i get the money? I'm planning to take a part time job, but i'm worried that i won't have enough to cover it (RM200 for beginner lessons, RM 400 for pro).

Oh and i also need to "show-off" my DJ skills by the day SPM results came in.

It's kinda famous right now but it sounds like Eurodance to me, wonder why MOS added it to their The Annual 2009.
Ps : definitely not hardstyle
*
I know it's Euro-Trance, but the intro has that usual hardstyle bass rhythm i hear in most Donkey Rollers, Lady Dana & Yoji songs.

PS: I'll be compiling a list of songs/anthems every DJ needs to play in a gig (because these songs always sound awesome in gigs)

And what genre are you looking for to compile? I think you should follow Joey G la, house - trance - hard trance - hardstyle - happyhardcore in 1/2 hour
*
Well, it depends. You know, my taste depends on the time:

Ambient, Lounge & Chill-Out during Sunrise & Sunset

Funky/Disco/Soul House during the Afternoon

Trance during the early nights (After the sun goes down)

Hardstyle during the midnight!

& deep house when it rains at day, and DnB when it rains at night.

That's how i listen to my daily dose of Electronic music!

And i'm not a happy hardcore fan, except for some Nookie songs.

Okay guys let's move on:

Anyone been to Cafe del Mar in Sentosa? How was it? I heard that the DJ(Kenneth Francis) plays an awesome mix of house & ambient lounge/chill-out.
