Looking for Prospective PhD or Master Students

We are trying to recruit some PhD or master students for our laboratory. The main
research areas for our lab are Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), smart structures and
non-destructive test and evaluation (NDT&E). Recent projects are related to wind
turbine, rocket fuel tank, tilting train transportation system, nuclear power plant and
chemical reactors. All the projects are application based with support from the
industries or government and have great potential to be commercialized. If you are
highly motivated, we want to invite you to be our research partner.

Basic Requirements:
- Mechanical / Aeronautics / E&E / Mechatronics engineering background
- Sufficient English proficiency to communicate in English.

Scholarship:
- Research assistantship will be provided. Starting pay is 750,000 Korean Won for
PhD or 550,000 Korean Won for master.
- Annual increment of 100,000 Korean Won for master and PhD.
- Extra scholarship depending on the grade of the course work for each semester.
