IDEA:
To provide full range of specialised tuition services for students in each area of the tutor's expertise

PROPOSAL:
Gather a team of tutor who specialised in just ONE subject of their expertise. I think everyone could give it a try to form their own group as well.

For example, if student David is looking for tuition Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
1. I myself specialises in Mathematics.
2. Mr. AA who specialises in Physics
3. Miss BB who specialises in Chemistry


RATIONALE:
In this case,

Time/Effort/Efficiency Focus:
we could save students problem instead of looking for a teacher who is expert in all three subjects. Besides, it would be less time consuming and hectic for tutors when it comes to efficiency and quality.

Diversity:
Some students would enjoy dealing with different tutors rather than listening to just one.

Comparative advantage:
Einstein could be the best in atom but Mr. Lee could be better than him in literature right ?
Each tutor could best guide the students in their own expertise. If everyone provides their 100% in their own experise, the students could absorb more! (Better for student who is tutored by Mr. Wong who provides 80% in physics, 90% in physics, and 100% in mathematics)
