saw my frends robo making love with his WW today.. just wondering if it is okay..
i asked him to find a female robo if he wanted his hamster to have company to make love..
but he said he dont know how to pick a female robo from petshop as they all look the same.. i was wondering that too..

Want to ask u guys who own WW. My female WW gave birth 2 days ago, today i notice she look weak and tired like that.
Before today was normal very active, now look weak. Kinda worry

Hihi, I'm new here. I was follow this tread from V7 until now.. I just started to breed a male Winter White a month ago and give he to eat Prestige Hamster Nature mix with 1/4 Britter Bunny which i bought 3 ago from petshack. I found out that my WW are very choosy. It seems don't like to eat Prestige Hamster Nature with 1/4 Britter Bunny except the sunflower seeds. At first I tought that he was sick, so i bought and gave him to eat Survior Power with Nutri-Paste.

Any advice? I was quite worry that he are not eating and a waste =(.

  yes he is vy healthy, and now oredy 2 years old, not 1 year or less that u mention...
although he ate a lot tasty human food, but he more healthy than his sibling who less eat human food. (i am not saying that eat human food is good for them) different hamster stay in different environment. of cos not feeding the poison to them, jz let them eat what they like.
he love to eat, vy vy love to eat, if i take away their favorites, they appetite will be less, and they sure will be bored. i prefer to c them stay wih good and happy mood.  

like human, many food also not healthy, eg fast food.. but many ppl oso love fast food although they knw is not healthy,
but different ppl different thinking, some only eat healthy food, some would prefer enjoy they life.

and i just mention they favorite vege are  cauliflower, corn, broccoli , of coz i gv more other than these.. 

i breed this hamster since they was born 2 years ago, i understand wat they want and they behaviour.  i knw what he likes, am i a responsible owner or not, i knw myself, every hamster is not the same,    but 3rd party that dono about it cant simply gv comment on it...

  of coz the main food or main meal will be vege for them.. i place it 24 hours...
human food is just a extra snack for them... 1 or 2 time a week..
i do not put human food in the cage, it make the cage dirty. i just bring them out and eat if they wants.. 

  even human food is unhealthy for us. but for my point of view  , hamster only eat hamster food is same wif human eating healthy food (vege and fruit)    no hokkien mee, no laksa, no tom yam, not char koay tiao, no chicken rice , no mcd, no pizza, no kfc, no curry mee, no bak kut teh and so on...   
it is so cham... 

if live in the wild, they sure will not go eat the chicken.. they don have the ability to hunt any other animal.., if they go then will only be hunting by other..  

but i am not feeding them chicken every day. i put vege to them, but mrg extra feed bread, hi5 or other (plain bread) then at night when ppl at home will feed rice to them. they love rice(plain rice). 

but 1 week 1 or 2 times will buy outside food or fast food. then will bring them out and feed them if they wan. if they love it, i jz let them eat, no limit or control them 

lol.. i am sure other owner have they own way to breed their hamster..  anyway thanks for sharing and mean well.
and i believe feeding this once awhile to my hamster is ok... thanks again... 

1)yes my hamster are healthy, if ur hamster feel illness or wat u sure can sense rite, tats y some member do asking wat happen to their hamster. furthermore if u together with ur hamster for 2 years, impossible cant sense them if anything happen. 
2)ur friend eat mcd everyday not related to my hamster pun.. my hamster not eat everyday or every meal..
3) u r not me or me hamster, u r not in the situation, so u don have any qualification to say am i failed or success.
4) as i said if they wan eat they will eat, if they don like they will refuse to eat.
