The corn corb with sour smell that I smell before is already opened for quite sometime. Maybe the air make the corn corb smell weird? Go and smell again and see  XD

Ooh saw the toilet sand in your bf pic... Does yours clump? I saw mine clumps, so I'm quite worried, coz Aloe sometimes like to sleep in his toilet.. So now am thinking about buying some other toilet sand..

Ehh.. I tot toilet sand is for them to poo and pee.. There's a different sand for them to bath in, it's white and have lots of flavor..

britter bunny is not a good staple food for bunnie though.. it more like a supplement for them too.. so do hammi. we only need their biotin n beta carotine that is why only 1/4 pack can be mix in prestige.

1. im feeding them prestige staple food, after 1 day i found that they onli eat all those "kuah chi"...let over thoose hard food....so they dun like it or it is to too hard for them to chew?

Yes, the grey sand is only for toilet purpose. I use clumping cat litter for my hamster's toilet.
The bath sand is white and comes in fruity/flowery flavors such as lavender, apple, lemon, orange etc. Don't confuse hamster bath sand with chinchilla bath dust (which is a lot finer and resembles powder). The most common brand of hamster bath sand is Alex which you can get in almost any pet shops.

bath sand got many different colours and scent, depending on the brand...but I think most of them in white.

Put the toilet sand in the hamster toilet/potty which you can find in pet shops too! The toilet usually comes with a little spade to scoop out the soiled litter, but I prefer to use a plastic spoon.

Also don't confuse hamster toilet with hamster bathroom. Hamster toilet is usually triangle shape because you'll put it at the corner of the cage. My hamster toilet is Alex brand. Got two openings on the right and left for my hamster to walk in and out.

Toilet training a hamster is quite easy. If your hamster pees on the sawdust bedding, just put some of the soiled bedding in the toilet and clean the cage thoroughly, so only the toilet got the pee smell. Do it a few times and your hamster will eventually know how to pee in the toilet.

Personally, I find hamsters alot easier to toilet train compared to puppies.

I hadn't really named my hamsters yet...but they kinda recognize my voice and come to me when I reach home from work everyday

my hamsters haven't really been eating their smoothie past 2 days...does anyone know why? Before this...the moment I put the dish down, they'll be all over the smoothie liao.

As long the adoption is not dealt with money, is ok. I also ask for trade when I put my pets for adoption, like a packet of Habitrail food or wood shavings. You just put your condition, some people are ok with exchanging goods than trading with money.
Brother and sister, if they breed, that is called inbreeding loh. You should not keep brother and sister animals together as animals do not know the meaning of family, they do not know what is brother or sister or mother or father, as long male see female, they would breed.... and that is inbreeding.... and it would lead to alot of health complications when the young are born.

Is best you exchange loh. Get same sex. Coz related.... and different sex, not good.
