- We have been achieved a new buyer/seller term that he promiosed to working out the solution within this 2 weeks (21 Sept, 2008-5 Oct, 2008) to clear out the fund back to the buyer accordingly.
- transferred amount (MYR165) is completed and thread closed as per above agreement.

Now he intentional to reversed those deal and he seem do not entertain my sms/call to clear out this issue as i have been bank-in those MYR155 to his instruction as given above.

Anyway.....anyone reseller also can claim scammed by other seller but the responsibility to your buyer is still yours to bear no?

Last time it negatived then after the REVERSAL process done it become normal..

I really regretted that your account too is freezed, but mine also freezed since i have bought the USD50 from you and have caused me to lost some transaction this few weeks too as i could not transfer my Paypal fund.
- Would you be willing to compensated my USD50 accordingly then i could said this dispute could be closed and as legal buyer/seller term soon (this open dispute thread shall be remove soon as you agree to paid me back), we are dealing for the legal wise business and as the seller/buyer agreement achieved then why then my USD50 Paypal fund been reversed back to your account (i have called Singapore Paypal and what they said is the other party account have been triggered the fund reversal due to unsufficient fund in their account, it mean out term as buyer/seller already breached)

Please call Singapore Paypal to verified and clearified your account as this another end dispute you have to clear out (to getting back your fund accordingly) and yourself could have been scam too by someone, but is out of our first level buyer/seller term.

i have called you earlier of this week, but seem no one pick-up the call, furthermore when i called Paypal and getting the bad news too that did not help much (been told the other party do not have sufficient fund and been suspended) it make me worry without any answer and lead me to suspected this could be another scammer...

I have a question too for you:
1. Since the USD have been raised to 3.5030 (been quoted by Maybank Forex) now rather then 3.1, which i have bought from you... (if better you transfer those USD50 back to my Paypal account, for the second option if converted to MYR then USD50x3.5=MYR175 just wonder is you accept 2nd option and we still able to negotiate the rate and i need to pay the negative balance in my Paypa account too with higher rate now)?

If you said ive use the Reversal funds , look at my account It is limited..
One cannot transfer funds while his account is limited.

if you pick the first option, you just transfer those USD50 back to my Paypal account... then i no need to worry on the conversion rate and as you know my account also negative due to sudden reversal without my knowledge, this really danger as Forex is fluctuate quite fast... i could quote you cheaper rate at 3.3 to pay my Paypal (some more i need to fork out another MYR20, to clear my Paypal negative balance issue USD50x3.5=MYR175 (rather then 3.1 last quote rate)....

- Just let us know what would be your commitment to repaid option and what could the timeline as well....

Added on September 21, 2008, 3:43 pm- That why we advise you to call Singapore Paypal to clear out the investigation and get them to provide you a proper answer and claim back your fund soon and try to achieved an agreement with your buyer (as we did either one of the 2 option, 1. inverse those fund back to your buyer through Paypal account, 2. get a better rate with your buyer to refund those buyer in MYR - i did offer you 3.3, USD50x3.3=MYR165).

If i pay full ill look like really like a scammer. but thats not the problem.
The problem are i Lost Double.

Please call Singapore Paypal to clarify your account and where those fund gone..

Yes, we know your hard earning money... we too need to continued for business as well... (we been quoted you lower at 3.3, just arrange accodingly (USD50x3.3=MYR165, you could pay through 2 installment and as you mentioned RM100 first and then RM65 later) if you paid us within this 2 weeks (21 Sept, 2008-5 Oct, 2008), since is been raised to 3.5 and USD is projected to fluctuate to 4buck by year end and we hope you could keep to your promise to refund soon to those you owe them)

- doing business is not easy in this globalization age, is all the times challenging when not prepare well...
