Hi! I'm a forum newbie. I have a Logitech webcam which I would like to sell. This will be my first time trying to sell a product online. It was a belated birthday present from my friend. She gave the webcam to me in May. I was saving the webcam to give to my cousin as a birthday present, but he bought a new one recently, so I have decided to sell it here. smile.gif

The webcam box has not been opened and I have not tested to see it if works. If I want to sell the webcam in the Trade Zone, should I open the box and test the webcam first? Or can I sell it with the box unopened. My friend removed the price from the price tag (but the shop's name is still on it). She told me the location of the shop she bought it from, in case I need to go back to change it if the webcam is faulty. I guess this is a silly question, but I am feeling blur and would like to ask for advice.

Would appreciate any suggestions and help from those who have more experience in trading. Thx!

u can open a thread in the garage sales section which u can go direct to from the drop box at the bottom right of the webpage.

when opening a thread your title should read
QUOTE
[wts] title here

and fill in your item information, price, pic, and your location as given when u open the new thread.

if you have the item receipt u can pass it or a copy of it to the buyer and he can settle any after sales issue with the shop.
