Here are some info about MASS PAYMENT

Paypal now offers a Masspayment whereby u pay 1% of total ammount sent or max capped at $1 USD.

Example: i buy 100 usd from Paypal seller. Seller send me 99usd fund via mass pay n is charged 1usd for sending via masspayment. Both parties benefit from this.because the seller sold 100usd at his rate , maybe even higher since the buyer is getting 99 usd n no paypal fees are deducted. So even if u are buying 1000 usd the fees is just 1usd capped. In a way the paypal seller who use masspayment will sell more funds than those who dont because ppl rather pay 1usd fees than XX fees to paypal.

In fact ive approach a seller bout this but he find it too confusing.i myself at first thought so too but i did my first masspayment ystd n its just extra one step away from the normal sending funds process

How to pay by PayPal using Mass Pay

Link to Mass Pay is hidden in the very bottom menu of PayPal account page
Masspay Step 1 CLICK HERE FOR SCREENSHOT!

After you click this Mass Pay page you open Welcome Mass Pay page
Masspay Step 2 CLICK HERE FOR SCREENSHOT!

Click again at Make a Mass Payment link. Now you will find yourself at target page.
Masspay Step 3 CLICK HERE FOR SCREENSHOT!

LAST STEP: Create simple .txt file (eg.notepad) with email, amount and currency that you need to pay, and save it with any name. For example masspay.txt. Email, amount and currency must be tab-delimited. Use TAB button on your keyboard to separate email, amount and currency
eg:BuyersEmail@gmail.com 50.00 USD

After you click continue you will need to confirm Mass Payment. You will have to pay small commission about 1% of anmount or $1max. Recepient of payment will not pay any comissions. So for paypal sellers charged the 1usd to your buyers n i am sure they are more than happy to pay u that fee instead of paypal fees deducted.Of course this applies for buyers who have paypal business or premier accounts.

Its very simple and not confusing at all.Never try you never know. I did n i am here to share..
