Sad to say the GdEx's operator is giving a dam lousy service. i phoned them to check the status they shouted at me. they cant speak english.. what an operator.. Well i couldnt care less bout that though. i ask her that i would like to check the status of the lot. after giving her the number, she keep on asking izzit sent today. i already answered her the same question like 3 times.. den finally i ask her izzit no status yet. she shouted and say that "belum ada lagi". den finally i say thank you (since ntg much i can do), she slam the phone din even say thank you or welcome..

After raya sure they'll be more talkative.

call the main line and talk to their supervisor or branch manager, or u ask him to pass to another customer service.

is that FedEx is part of GDEx's partner?
