hi to every 1 here.. how long does it take for a normal working gps and agps able phone to get a lock-on on a satellite.. is it longer if u r in a house.. mine try more than 15 minit still didn get a lock-on.. malaysia satellite coverage not so good is it?

i m using e71.. that day about 15-20 minute jsu get a lock on.. any way how to know v got a lock on? does the lock on last or it depend on the area?

the A-gps under 5 sec is on edge,gps or wifi? mine phone is on edge so is it possible it will be slower oh?

Soli.. Stimix .. I got it d.. Thx..
Yaosiang.. My agps is enabled.. The 15 minute lockon is due to inside building.. I tested it on my car d.. Less than 3 sec lockon d.. Thx for info.. But most of the hp nowadays usually default its agps as on d.. |

Dear gps Sifu
Wanna ask how to use garmin to show the shortest route.. My garmin seem to guide me using the longer route than the usual 1 i always take.. Is there a way to remember the route on garmin and ask it to guide us later? |

erm.. is there any other ways tat is simpler? like download and install? are there any1 offering the specific POI for traffic light .. can can the garmin xt support multiple POI?

damn funny, i m jus sharing tis to all .. i laugh the moment my e71 is giving me direction. the procedure: Unrar, put it in to your garmin voices directory and rename it to the same name as one of the pre-installed voices; eg English_British_.vpm(meaning replace) (i didnt try rename other languages other than english yet, u may try it out) giv it a try and laugh it out This post has been edited by xavi5567: Jun 10 2009, 11:52 AM |

hi wanna ask a question regarding integrated gps.. i owned a e71.. recently i forumer said that she manage to lengthen hers e71 by disabling integrated gps and jus enable a-gps.. my question is ... is it still possible to navigate?
