Not Android kenot use Garmin..It's more like when Garmin going to provide a navigation software using Android platform...Rumours since last year is that they suppose to roll out Garmin Android sometime mid or 3rd quarter of 2009..but now already 4th quarter wor...Instead of Android, they are now concentrating on the JV wth asus on their own Nuvi phone..currently on Linux 7 winmo platform....Garmin MXT is dead liao.
Papago is abit faster in this they enter Android market faster & smarter... QUOTE(Darkmage12 @ Nov 27 2009, 05:20 AM) |

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Jan 19 2010, 01:07 PM) That's the rule I'm currently practiced. But my aging eyes can't perform the second option if the screen is too small. Saru..replied your PM..I'm not into windows CE version. Me only into Symbian & Windows Mobile.
Try search inside both malsingmaps & malfreemaps forum relating to windows CE. Futhermore, this thread is only for symbian. |

Yes correcto.
QUOTE(Optiplex330 @ Apr 5 2010, 07:04 AM) I reckon these smartphone has some sort of "memory". Once you got satellite lock while standing at Location A, then switched off GPS and switched on again, it can re-acquire satellite lock within seconds. But once you move to another Location B that is a few kilometer away, ti will take a couple of minutes. Once I went to Location C that is a thousand kilometer away, it took about 5 minutes or more on my E52. Of course not using AGPS. |

For better accuracy get the external antenna or re-radiating antenna if you don't have the socket.
