Issue 1 and 2 you don't have to worry since you will be using the computers provided by the organizers during the tournament. Those issues are if you install external files which changes the player skins and also the map textures. ie the enemy players are all red colour so you can see them from afar and the cap points area are yellow coloured so it is easily spotted.

Issue 3 I am not sure for COD4.

Issue 4 is more like game exploits. You are exploiting the map bugs to win. For instance, go to areas where you should not be able to, etc.

Issue 5 is up to the organizer. It could be on the tournament day itself but before the tournament starts.
