i just purchased my D'campus simcard today, the crew was roaming around Asia Cafe promoting it. Was actually not interested (cause I'm using MTV powerpack) until the girl said "Free Surf Net". So I purchased my simcard around 4pm, and it only got activated at night, after waking up from my nap I registered it with 0162211800 (whatever u call that process), now can make calls and sms BUT can't surf! i keep trying to get the 'phone setup' sent to me but it keeps telling me to enter phone model (what happened to the listing method?!) and when I enter x1 it tells me command not supported. can anyone help me on this? *edit* fixed  This post has been edited by snowdrop89: May 29 2009, 04:07 AM |

my GPRS is fixed, but I haven't started using it because I don't want to waste RM30 for 3 days  today is the first of June, so marks the day I'm gonna start officially using the plan  a bit paranoid that they make charge me extra for GPRS usage though, because the guy who sold me the simpack was like "If they charge u anything extra just let me know ok?"as if it's prone to happen or smth, has it happened to anyone here b4? |

my balance was RM49.xx before June cos I reloaded in May,
validity is until 28/06/2009 and current credit is RM19.09.

Added on June 2, 2009, 5:48 pmdamn now i m pissed becos DCS said tat they will deduct from the freebies balance 1st b4 deduct from the main balance. and the stupid thing is tat deducting from freebies, they said they dont have max capped system and they will happily deduct till u run dried.. then only when the main balance is touch the max capped thinggy come into play.. so i am so not satisfied with the term and condition currently.. is there anyway for me to log a complaint this is what i'm most afraid of. |
