QUOTE(Mei Ying @ Jun 14 2009, 11:56 AM) Tat mean i need to change to my postpaid once i graduated. you can enjoy "New DiGi Campus" rate for next FOUR years upon activation,Or i still can maintain my prepaid with the normal rate? after that it will change to standard prepaid rate or you can change to Fresh Graduated Postpaid plan. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « just read the FAQ again... QUOTE 15. What must I do to enjoy the FREE calls? All you have to do is spend RM2 in Total Usage (including Voice, SMS, Data, etc) within the day, and all your SUBSEQUENT calls to any DiGi number from anywhere will be FREE for the rest of the day. This usage timeframe will reset at midnight. "SUBSEQUENT calls" haha... they already state, mean need to end the current call and make new call to enjoy free call... QUOTE(xavi5567 @ Jun 16 2009, 05:35 PM) i think ur most strong reason to do it at service centre now is becos ur campus is still on holiday so no point wait till reopen jus enjoy the rate.. haha... you are right... my campus at perlis, but they no list out any perlis dealer Participating Outlets List, somemore no DiGi Centre/Service Counter locate at perlis, so i planned to convert at DiGi Service counter near my hometown. anyway, i will try to DiGi Service Counter see can or not. |

just use the D'Chat, they say the roadshow is done by dealer.
why we cannot convert directly at their shop? why we need to convert at roadshow? |

Just notics got some change in FAQ:
All existing DiGi users on another plan can choose to convert their rate plan to DiGi Campus™ during DiGi Campus™ Roadshows. For a limited time up to 31 October 2009, existing DiGi customers who are not yet DiGi Campus subscribers can convert to DiGi Campus™ at any DiGi Centre or DiGi Service Counter nationwide. Click the below links to locate the nearest participating outlet: • DiGi Centres: http://www.digi.com.my/prepaid/buy/pre_buy.do • DiGi Service Counters: http://www.digi.com.my/prepaid/buy/pre_buy.do?page=dsc existing DiGi already can convert at DiGi centre/Service Counter... but no DiGi centre at my place... == |
