hey guys, just wanted to share sumin. I'm a d'campus user, and all this while i've always been getting my auto-refunds the following day if i have exceeded rm1 in calls per day. But recently i havent got any auto refunds (and it's been eating myf freaking reload) so i called up and they told me this,

"we no longer auto refund for the first call anymore, so whatever charges that were incurred during ur 1st call will not be refunded. It will only be free on ur nxt call"

WTF is this?and they didnt even bother to inform their customers?shitheads.pls do share if any of u have had similar problems.thx

they did mention they just had a server migration on the new system had begun operating on d 24th april. but will d problem i stated earlier be a temporary or a permanent one? i keep asking customer service, but each fella keeps on giving me a different answer..digi honestly shud have a better way of solving this or at least informing their customers before hand

apparently this new system is the fix to the old problem..meaning that the old problem was the face that they gave customers auto refund on the 1st call...now what kinda glitch is this?dis is a real bs excuse for wanting to earn from customers of this package..my usage shot up nearly double cos i didn realize that they no longer refunded...

Haiz..well u can blame digi totally .. V all have been riding on the glitch for month D.. Enjoying much much discount on it.. So now after the upgrade digi not willing to comprimise its loss anymore so they r charging u... Jus b sure to read the update.. Anyway digi promotion is always with a period of time and term and condition apply.. Plus these term and condition is subjected to changes.. Cant blame them also la... Who wanna do a lossing money business right.. Well i m not defending digi as i also suffered from the upgrade but it is common sense to justify their act la..

i understand the fact that they are making business and have to make profits, but what i do not like is that there is a change in the billing rates and they do not inform properly this change to their customers (ie hidden costs or exceptions etc..). an example in this case would be them no longer refunding for he 1st call. They should be ethical about it and not try 2 make profit from customers who are still unaware of this change.
