Even if u somehow managed to register, if your campus is not listed, u'll be rendered as out-of-campus, your call rates are at 36 cents/min.

correct. for sms, off and on campus rate is same; 1 cent to DiGi, 6 to non-digi. For calls, u have to be in campus to enjoy the RM1 per day calls to digi, 15 cents to all network.

If off campus, u'll be charged 36 cents/min to all networks, and no RM1 per day call to digi.

Data line is no matter how much you use, it will be capped at RM 30.00 per month.
Normal DiGi EDGE is RM 66/month but with D' Campus only RM 30.00.
You can use it anywhere, regardless inzone or offzone.

Try opening a few websites at once. 10kb = 10 cents, easily can reach the required amount.

No, only participating universities are allowed to register because you need student ID card and etc.

Well, the first batch students are yet to come out from their universities, the soonest is this year's June-August. So we are not sure how this system works, on this early stage it mentions by invitation only.
Who knows the invitation will be given to all but just the matter of time?
