It is counted from the 1st of every month, and you won't be charged anymore once it reaches RM 30.00, and you can use it until last day of the month.
It is very easy to reach RM 30.00, for my case it only takes less than 5 minutes to reach RM 30.00.

Basically, there is no HSUPA modem in the market, the common one will be HSDPA, since Malaysian broadband services focus on high download speed. However, DiGi is the first one that starts with HSPA which means high speed in both download and upload. HSPA = HSDPA+HSUPA
Usually HSPA modems are much more expensive than HSDPA modems. For now, HSDPA is sufficient already. Even DiGi mentions that it introduces HSPA but I can see that the upload speed is still not that high. Probably the expansion hasn't completed yet.
So, my advice is stick to HSDPA modems.

There's an alternative way for users who want to switch their precious existing number into a digi campus plan.
Since effective from 1st of november onwards, converting existing dg prepaid number into campus is no longer available,
users been rather sad over it and had been trolling the forums for answers toward this.
Fear not, i have an alternative solution towards this.

Though converting existing number is no longer available, Campus MNP still exist.
That means users can actually port out to other operators as prepaid and port back in to digi as digi campus.
This method is still workable and it have not been cancelled till now.
Though it'll take some footwork to travel about but it'll give all users to switch into digi campus without problem.
Users can head down to your nearest dss outlets to give it a try.

It is illegal and not all SIM cards can be cloned. Do not try suggesting something which is illegal here.
However, Maxis has multi-SIM, that is legal as provided by the telco.
This doesn't apply to DiGi and other telcos.

Somebody actually offered me a cloned Celcom broadband before but I rejected the offer because I will put myself in a risky situation, I meant in term of compliance issue.
