I think they did mention when they relaunch it into digi campus that the validity will be for 4 years from that date right? Pray hard la haha

Freebies were just introduced like half a year ago if not mistaken. I can't say much but we should just complain i just hope that they can do something about the data thing. For calls can't do anything already

Yes but maybe due to the fact that freebies is something extra(promotion) it should not be used with another promotion i guess. I also keep complaining until now..... hope one day it will work haha.....

Last week when i called to complain about the internet speed I overheard in the ads which was running in the background saying that freebies are not applicable to data usage.... not sure what it means then later I asked the CS said that it will use up freebies first sigh.

I don't think you understand what you highlighted. What I meant was the ads said freebies cannot be use for data meaning its supposed to be deducted from the main credit. Not sure if I was hallucinating lol
