QUOTE(Andy0625 @ Jan 16 2010, 01:10 AM) which means that if i register another sim card(normal plan), i wont get the rate @ Rm30 right ? if only campus plan user can get @ rm30 per month , possible to use my e71 as the modem for surfing via notebook then ? Yes, you won't. Normal prepaid is RM 5/day for unlimited Internet. Yes, possible but I don't think you can receive calls nevertheless.

Getting Started

|
QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 16 2010, 12:36 AM) Remember it is 25 years old or it will expire 4 years later, whichever comes first. quoted from http://www.digi.com.my/whatshot/promotions/dc/faq.do13. I will be graduating in one year. Can I continue to use DiGi Campus™ after graduating? You will get to enjoy the 4-year validity period even after graduating. However, we will provide you with a Fresh Grad Postpaid Plan with an unbeatable value. This is to reward your support for DiGi Campus™. based on the faq above, we should get 4 years validity regardless of our age rite?

Until 25. But it only has 4 years validity, assuming you are registering it this year, 4 years later will be 22. So, your package will last till 22 only. QUOTE(ilovelyn @ Jan 16 2010, 03:22 PM) i think u can clone ur simcard.. can ar?? not sure.. ask the expert.. It is illegal and not all SIM cards can be cloned. Do not try suggesting something which is illegal here. However, Maxis has multi-SIM, that is legal as provided by the telco. This doesn't apply to DiGi and other telcos.

If they don't provide multi-SIM service cloning is should technically be useless as well right? Both cannot possibily co-exist

Sim card cloning can be quite risky. I'm not sure what ver the ones we are using. From what i've learn v2 card and above doesnt work very well with sim card writers. Any attempts could actually corrupt the card causing it to be useless. But it's still workable provided u know what to do.

And what's worse when you can only register 1 SIM card for 1 student ID. QUOTE(darkskies @ Jan 16 2010, 10:52 PM) Sim card cloning can be quite risky. I'm not sure what ver the ones we are using. Somebody actually offered me a cloned Celcom broadband before but I rejected the offer because I will put myself in a risky situation, I meant in term of compliance issue.
